The Economic and Organized Crime Office is set to seize properties Zylofon Media given to their artistes who signed various years of contracts with them.

This comes on the back of EOCO’s securing a court order to freeze landed properties and companies belonging to Nana Appiah Mensah alias NAM 1 currently in detention at the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

MenzGold Ghana which is a Gold dealership company and the mother of other companies which Zylofon Music is a part is currently crawling due to series of challenges.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the organization Nana Appiah Mensah has been away from the country after attempts to get him pay investments of his clients and their accrued interests failed, leading to series of protests.

A statement released by EOCO on Tuesday indicated that the body has secured an order from a court of competent jurisdiction to seize properties belonging to the business magnate.

The statement further reminded employees of the organization to present to EOCO cars and other properties in their possession or have themselves to blame over what will befall them if they fail.

In effect, artistes such as Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Joyce Blessing, Kumi Guitar and actors like James Gardiner, Two Sweet Annan and others who have in their possession properties given to them by Nana Appiah Mensah’s Zylofon Media will have to release them to EOCO.

However, it’s unclear if Zylofon TV and Radion will be allowed to operate.

MenzGold through Zylofon Media signed several artistes who were been used for advertisement to lure people to trade with the supposed Gold Dealership company.

These artistes were given a huge amount of monies, posh houses, and cars.
