Ricky Nana Agyeman has said that plans to found a foundation in the memory of Ebony Reigns has been put on hold due to her father’s forgetfulness.
According to him, there is a misunderstanding between managers of Ruff Town Records and father of the late artiste who died in an accident in February this year.
Speaking to Accra-based Hitz FM, Bullet, as he is affectionately called, said “Everything has been put on hold because there was a misunderstanding with the father. Sometimes you go and tell him this is what you’re doing but later he tells you that you never told him”.
It would be recalled that at the launch of the cloth for Ebony’s funeral plans were far advanced to set up a foundation in her memory to support accident victims.
The Record Label she belonged to received several donations including 10,000 from 3 Music Awards to run the foundation.
Also, a tribute concert was put up by her Record Label which proceeds were expected to be used to run the activities of the foundation.
