Eva tipped for success in movie industry

Eva Adonoo may not be a household name in the movie industry, but she has giving glimpses of a huge potential in the few movies she has starred.

To her, she is warming herself up, and giving the right opportunity and platform, she will take the Ghanaian movie industry by storm.

Her precision and accuracy with her script in ‘Casper’s Energy’ premiered on December 4 at the Silverbird Cinemas, West Hills Mall makes her a potential genius.

A staff of one of the country’s financial institutions, the actress having completed her Master’s program at the Northampton University, UK (Masters in Business Administration) indicated that her passion for acting makes combining it with work easier.

She described the Ghanaian Movie Industry as one with bright prospects taking into account where it was and how fast it is catching up with the foreign industry.

“…we are getting there gradually, now people pay to watch premieres, there are Red Carpets and all that,” said Eva.

And responding to her kind of music, she pointed out that she has a soft spot for dancehall music and has admiration for actresses like Jackie Appiah, Nadia Buari and Yvonne Nelson.

Born to Jacob Adonoo(Late) and Suzy Senahe, a businesswoman, the product of All Nations University, Koforidua graduate, who started acting in 2012, has also starred in Venus’ ‘Five Brides’, Cheaters Book 1 and 2 among others. She indicated that screaming relaxes her.
