Multiple award-winning Ghanaian rapper Michael Owusu Addo, known by his stage name Sarkodie, Friday night rocked the Achimota Retail Centre performing several of his hit songs, leaving patrons ecstatic and asking for more.
The ‘Rap King’, who over the week performed at various major end-of-year concerts including his Rapperholic concert on Christmas Day only made fans become more confident in their support for him.
Amid shouts of joy and excited movements, fans danced through his performances from beginning to end, not ready to miss a second of it while every song raised meant hundreds of people trying to sing along amid screams.
Lynx Entertainment acts, MzVee, Kidi, and Kuami Eugene among other artistes were also present to appreciate fans for their love and support through the year 2017.
The outdoor event dubbed, ‘Wave Concert’, saw several fans flood the forecourt of the Achimota Retail Centre to have a thrilling experience with their favourite artistes.

The cherry on the cake was when Sarkodie joined MzVee, Kidi, Kuami Eugene on stage, raising the arena's decibels higher.
The evening witnessed supporting performances from esteemed colleagues including Bisa Kdei, Efya, Adina, Tinny, Yaa Pono, King Promise, Ras Kuuku, Magnom, Dj Vyrusky and many others.
