Dwure’s, who is also known as Oldman Bosomtwi is to re-appear on September 24. His plea is yet to be taken.

While Dwure was walking away, the deceased held his shirt but the accused became furious and hit Fena who fell backward into a big gutter.

The deceased managed to get up from the gutter and went home but while her condition was deteriorating she told her father what happened.

She was rushed to the Effiankwanta Hospital where she died shortly after admission. Later, the accused came out from his hideout and was arrested, Inspector Hedidor said.
