The last 24 hours have been an open season for internet users who have been on a manhunt for an ex-lover of famous Ghanaian socialite and actress, Efia Odo.

The actress, while speaking on a podcast, mentioned that she had her heart broken by an ex-lover who left her after she had exhausted her resources and time catering for him.

She said she used to be madly in love with the ex-lover, to the extent that at some point she used her own money to cook and buy groceries for him and his many friends.

“When I love, I love hard… that’s just who I am. I was cooking for him and his 10 friends. Imagine buying groceries for all those people, and I supported his family and all with my own money. I’ve always been in love,” Efia Odo said while speaking on the Rants Bants and Confession podcast.

The revelation from Efia Odo instantly set social media ablaze, with netizens trying hard to uncover the identity of the said heartbreaker.

In the comment sections of various social media platforms, these two names were dominant: rapper, Kwesi Arthur and dancehall singer Shatta Wale.

Shatta Wale and Efia Odo, have always been rumoured to have been in a romantic relationship in the past. Although Efia Odo did not comment on that in the podcast, she denied ever having been in a romantic relationship with the dancehall singer in past interviews.

She admitted to sleeping on the same bed with the singer in the past but has never had sexual intercourse with him.

“If I want to sleep with a man, I will sleep with a man. But me and Charles, we can be in bed together and he won't touch me,” she said in a report on yen.com.gh.

Also, on rapper Kwesi Arthur, although Efia Odo revealed that she was deeply hurt by the rapper on the podcast, she denied ever having a romantic relationship with him.

Having denied these two possible lovers, Efia Odo left an identity clue for ‘internet hunters’ to unravel the identity of her mystery lover.

According to her, the said lover was ‘tall and handsome’. Who could this lover be?
