Flowking Stone delivers epic live performance at Berlin World House of Culture

Arguably one of the best rappers in Ghana changing the narrative of Ghanaian rap music, the Kumasi-based act Flowking Stone ushered a spectacular performance to music and art lovers from different parts of the world at the “100 Years of Beats Festival” on Saturday 28th, April 2018 in Berlin, Germany.

His stunning stagecraft and performance at the “100 Years of Beats Festival” organised by ‘Haus der Kulturen der Welt’ in Berlin, Germany was blended with different native sounds from indigenous Ghanaian instruments played by the band creating refreshing renditions to one of his songs ‘Simple’ among others which enthused the international audience.

Flowking Stone born Kwaku Nsia Boama is known for his interpolating native Ghanaian rhythms into rap.

The annual music festival brings together music and art lovers from different parts of the world to celebrate diverse culture through music and art.

"House of the World's Cultures" in Berlin is Germany's national centre for the presentation and discussion of international contemporary arts, with a special focus on non-European cultures and societies.

It presents art exhibitions, theatre and dance performances, concerts, author readings, films and academic conferences on Visual Art and culture. It is one of the few institutions which, due to their national and international standing and the quality of their work, receive funding from the federal government as so-called "lighthouses of culture.
