Former Member of Parliament for Ablekuma South, and uncle to Kofi Bucknor, Hon Fritz Baffour has paid glowing tribute to the late Charles Kofi Babatunde Bucknor at the burial service held earlier today at Christ the King Parish in Accra.
Mr. Baffour who called Kofi Bucknor a friend and confidant said, Kofi was a livewire, and innovator who had a lot to offer the world.
“It must be said with conviction that your passing has left a great vacuum in the creative sphere of our nation and continent. You were such a livewire, an innovator, a renaissance man with so much to offer the world but your creator in his unfathomable ways has called you to his side”, He said.
He added that late Kofi Bucknor was a gentleman who loved his wife, children, and family dearly and extended the warmth to all.
The entertainment industry was on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, hit with the sad news of the death of Charles Kofi Babatunde Bucknor.
News of the death of the veteran actor, known for his roles in movies like ‘Heritage Africa’, ‘Silver Rain,’ ‘Elmina,’ ‘Double,’ et al shocked the entire country.
