GMB VIII: Widowhood rites take center stage

Last Sunday, the seven remaining contestants of Ghana’s Most Beautiful regaled all with fables on how some towns and ethnic groups in the respective regions they are representing got their names and identities.

Upper West Region’s Baci was adjudged the Star Performer while Ama of the Eastern Region came out as the Most Disciplined for the week.

This Sunday promises to be equally educative as the contestants will be enlightening fans and viewers alike on widowhood rites as done in their regions.

Since representatives of Brong Ahafo, Central and Western regions have exited the contest, there will be no showcase of how the rite is performed there but performances by the Eastern and Ashanti region reps, Ama and Abena respectively, will certainly draw similarities.

Since no contestant went home last Sunday, at least one will be leaving the competition as it is getting closer to final shortlist.

Judges Linda Ampah, David Dontoh and Maame Akua will mount the high table to give insightful inputs on performances.

Since none of the ladies would like to be shown the exit especially at this stage, all of them are ready to give their best on Sunday, September 21.

Keep voting to 1740 across all networks to keep your favorite in the competition.
