Ghanaian’s Might See Wutah Together Again - Afriyie

Break away member of the popular music group WUTAH, Afriye has disclosed that there is a possibility that Ghanaians might see the two (Wutah) together again sometime soon.

The artiste, who disclosed this in an interview with Black Boy on the Rhythms live show on GHone, stated that, the two have great history together and nevertheless, they have great songs together hence if it happens again, Ghanaians should not be surprised.

Afriye who explained his line of new identity for his new brand name said, ‘in life as we grow we pick up certain names that we did not plan for hence the PV was a name given to me by mates in Senior High school – Accra High, that is how come I had the name PV.’

He maintained, ‘I chose Afriye because I wanted to create a family name, one that will last for years. The catch is, I want my kids, (of which I have one now) to benefit from my artistic work through my name. he stated the Marley’s as an example; ‘due to the hard work of Bob Marley his name has become a strong identity for all his kids now and that is what I have in mind, hopefully it will come to pass.’

The singer also said that currently has plans to release another single before the year ends but until then, we should enjoy ‘love of my life.’

He said that Ghanaian singers are not paying attention to the GA language hence he will want to focus on that language in his upcoming singles.
