Nomination for this year's 4syte music video awards are out and hip-life music general; Guru has been nominated in 4 categories.
Guru earned the nomination with his popular "Pooley swag" music video which was shot in south Africa. But to his manager and CEO of Nkz records; Richard Yaw Amankwaa also known as Ray Moni, nominating just "pooley swag " isn't enough.
"Frankly, I'm much enthused with the nomination, but I still think' Baba God and Epic' videos also deserved nominations considering the kind of work which went into them. Nominating only "Pooley Swag isn't enough, but all the same God knows best", Ray Moni told seancitygh.com
Ray Moni added with much humane that, though he is not chirpy because "Baba God and Epic' music videos were not nominated, nothing takes away the sort of delectable works organizers of the 4syte Music Video Awards have done for Years now.
Guru is seen as a major contender to win the top prize. The categories through which Guru was nominated are 'Most popular music video, Influential artist, hip-life music video of the year and Best Male Video'.
Guru is set to shoot his controversial 'Exodus' music video which is to cost him a whopping $100.000 soon.
He is also out with his newest single; 'Jealousy' which is currently enjoying massive air-play.
