Ghana Home Page is always proud to give the Ghanaian worldwide community recognition where recognition is deserved. We have of late been exposing Ghanaians whose achievements/milestones needs to be seen and appreciated. We have featured some New Yorkers who turned 50 and now we cross the bridge to Newark, New Jersey. There lives a beautiful young woman by the name; Mrs Georgina Nyanteng aka Georgina Osei Bonsu and who is very well known in the USA. Together with her husband, Mr. Nyanteng, popularly known as Nana Yaw Gyamfi, they attend many events in the US including funerals, outdoorings, naming ceremonies or any event they feel they need to attend. Now it is Nana Hemaa's turn and she is 50. On October 17th, she celebrated the occasion at the Prince Masonic Temple, Irvin Turner Blvd in Newark, New Jersey. The hall was packed with family, friends and well wishers. The music was great and was provided by DJ Extraodinaire and New Jersey's finest, "Loooooooord Ahinsa". Her introduction to the hall was choreographed like it was a wedding reception; full of glamor. The event was successful and was also attended by various Ghanaian Chiefs. Ghanaweb wishes Mr.& Mrs Nyanteng and family long life and prosperity. Keep up being a supporter of the community when you are needed because your time and efforts are appreciated by the community. Mr. CNN was there to cover the event for the viewing pleasure of family and friends worldwide which could not join in the celebration of this magnitude. The host for the evening was none other than Nana Hemaa?s brother; George Bonsu, Veteran MC and popular in the USA, Qwass Productions, Atta Productions and Sam the Photoman were also in the House.
