One Ghanaian female gospel musician who has blessed the hearts of many lovers of the genre with her captivating worship and praise songs over the last decade is Hannah Marfo.
With about ten years of experience in the industry and five albums to her credit Hannah has had one of the most successful careers in gospel music. Come this Saturday and Sunday, Hannah will deepen this success with the launch of her latest and sixth album in Accra and Kumasi respectively.
The album titled ?Adom? will be launched at the Apostolic Faith Mission International at Odorkor in Accra on Saturday and at the Living Faith Church at Suame in Kumasi on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
The album launch will be held in an atmosphere of gospel music fiesta featuring some of the leading musicians in the country. Among the artistes lined-up to sing at the programme in Accra include Elder Collins Amponsah, Christina Love, Andy Frimpong-Manso, Mama Esther, Nana Yaw Asare and Nicholas Omane Acheampong.
All the above musicians as well as Esther Smith and Hallelujah Voices are billed to perform at the Kumasi programme.
Hannah Marfo enterted the Ghanaian music industry a few years ago with her first album titled ?Gye me gye me? and she has followed it with two years afterwards, with ?Aintayen?, ?Eye Nyame?, ?Kristofuo adoso? and ?Wontumi? followed in that that order as her third, fourth and fifth albums respectively.
As has been her previous albums, the latest album of Hannah Marfo is recorded on the Stana Music record label, which is owned and run by her husband Mr. Dwomoh. ?We are confident that this latest album of Hannah will be as successful as her previous albums,? said the artiste's husband and producer.
