Highest Praise 2013 set for August

Highest Praise is an annual concert held by the Harbor City Mass Choir (HCMC) - an interdenominational music ministry based in Tema - with a clear purpose of impacting the youth through contemporary gospel music, school outreach programs, music ministry workshops and peer counseling.

The choir was founded in September 1999, by Nii Okai and Kwame Amihere with Support from its pioneering leaders.

Over the past years, The “Highest Praise” concert has become one of the most awaited programs on the calendars of individuals due to the outstanding impact it has had on individuals as well as the excellent production associated with the concert.

This year’s concert which is themed “LOVE” is slated for August 4, 2013 at the National Theatre at 3.30pm. Guest artistes include: Glenn Barnes, Eugene Zuta and the Daughters of Glorious Jesus.

Transportation will be arranged from National Theatre to Tema, Circle and Madina after the program. A percentage of the funds obtained at this year’s concert will support a bore hole project in deprived communities in partnership with Meaningful Life International (MLI) a Christian NGO with the passion for winning souls and bringing relief to our brothers and sisters in the rural communities.
