He said as a host of a morning show, he wants to differentiate himself from others so as to give his listeners a quality programme, saying “I want to be different from others when it comes to radio broadcasting.”
He noted that he is ever ready to change the current trend of radio broadcasting in the country through well-designed programmes for listeners.
The morning show presenter believes that when things are done properly, his programme would make an impact despite the fact that a lot of stations already exist in Accra.

Awudu, who has spent eight years as a radio broadcaster, is the host of the morning show ‘Oman Ba Pa’ on Pink Fm, the most action packed breakfast show which allows listeners to share their views.
Before he joined the station, Awudu was a disc jockey and presenter at Nkwakaw-based Life Fm with the likes of Odeneho Davis Appiah and Jerry Justice, all of Adom Fm.
He told BEATWAVES in a chat he was encourage by his colleagues to go into radio because he had the flair and style for emceeing.
He hasn’t regretted joining the Kasoa-based Akan-speaking station since he perceives the station as a gateway to establishing himself as one of the finest voices on radio.
According to him, he owed his success to listeners of his morning show, as well as his dynamic and hardworking producers, including the Chief Executive Officer of the station, Gordon Goodman, adding “without his support I couldn’t have come this far.”
Awudu also advised the youth of today who are interested in journalism to take it seriously because it is a profession and not just a stepping stone. He also encouraged young journalists to commit to their profession.
When asked where he draws inspiration from, he said “I draw my inspiration every morning from my loyal and intelligent listeners.”
