I am the unbreakable lady in town –joyce blessing

The Blessed Ghanaian gospel diva Joyce blessing says she is no new comer in the gospel arena, since she started singing at the age of 14 in Kumasi.
“I had been a backing vocalist for musicians such as Joel Arcah ,Mary Gansah ,Ernest Opoku ,Diana Asamoah and a host of others”, she added.
She said this during an interview with Israel Ofori on Sunny FM’s Christian Entertainment review on Saturday 29th march 2014. She added that prior to the heavy price album which shot her to the limelight; she already had two albums to her credit.
According to her manager, Ernest of Media Excel, Joyce is the current “king Kong” of the music industry, having won 5 awards at the Adom FM Gospel Music Awards organized in November last year . When asked about the court case gone in relation to the suit filed against her by the Gospel group Joyful Way Choir, concerning copy right issues about the song “NYAME GWAMA” which featured Joel Arcah, she simply stated that the group had come into terms with her and the full right given her.
Joyce Blessing has been nominated in the several categories including the best collaboration of the year, Gospel artist of the year and Gospel song of the year in this year’s Vodafone Ghana music awards.
Fans should therefore keep their figures crossed and watch out for more from the “unbreakable lady in town ‘Joyce Blessing.
