The leader of Heaven Way Ministries International, Patricia Asiedu, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, has said she salutes flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Mahama for never stepping his feet in the church of controversial man of God, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah for prayers.

According to her, she is excited that it was rather the man of God who had previously said so much negative things about John Mahama who went to an event organised for the former president.

"What I will tell you is that you have destroyed a lot of things because we've toiled for so many days and you have used just some few minutes to place your hands on John Mahama. You see that John Mahama never visited your church, and I clap for him for that decision. You rather drove your car to his event. I am not NDC and not NPP that is why I did not attend the programme. I don't want to be tagged an NDC supporters that is why I did not attend the programme."

She also cautioned her colleague Rev. Owusu Bempah over prayers he offered for John Mahama.

According to Agradaa, it is obvious that Mahama is likely to clinch victory in the 2024 general elections; hence, prayers for the NDC flagbearer are not much needed.

She warned Rev. Owusu Bempah that he would be in serious trouble if Mahama fails to win the 2024 presidential elections after laying hands to pray for the former president.

“I love Mahama, just that I am not into politics. We all know that the man is likely to win the 2024 elections; even the number 8 shows that he has a chance. But for Rev. Owusu Bempah to lay his hands on Mahama, if things don’t go right, he will be dealt with because we will blame him for destroying our plans. I appreciate the fact that Mahama did not go to Bempah’s church,” she said in Twi while speaking in an Instagram live session.

This statement follows Prophet Owusu Bempah laying hands on Mahama and praying for him during the NDC’s meeting with the clergy on October 1, 2024.

During the prayer, the prophet claimed that due to Mahama’s kind heart, God would favour him and grant his wish to become president for a second term.

The prophecy sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some netizens questioning why Owusu Bempah, who is known to be affiliated with the New Patriotic Party (NPP), would make such a statement.
