Fast-rising Ghanaian singer Beeztrap KOTM has revealed that he lost his father in a tragic car accident when he was just 10 months old.

In an interview on the August 11, 2024, edition of the Delay Show, Beeztrap KOTM, real name Edwin Eshun, revealed that despite never having the chance to know him personally, he bears a striking resemblance.

He added that His mother remarried, but the subsequent marriage ended in separation.

Despite his loss, Beeztrap KOTM, the youngest of three children, became one of Ghana's fastest-rising stars.

Hailing from Kumasi, Ghana, and a key figure in the Asakaa Movement, he began his journey in primary school, inspired by his church drumming and family’s musical background.

In high school, Beeztrap met his producer friend, Stichez, who helped launch his career with the hit "Abrabɔ Yɛ Hard."

Beeztrap's collaboration with the Asakaa family, including the hit "Cinderella," has solidified his place in Ghanaian music. His recent EP, "Different Type of Gangster," reflects his life journey and Christian background.

Beeztrap's journey in the music industry continues to inspire many, showcasing his resilience and dedication to his craft.
