Ghana’s Rap Dacta, Okyeame Kwame has in a series of posts on Facebook, expressed his love and admiration for all women in the world.

Taking time off his current musical tour in New York, Mr. Versatile acknowledged the efforts and indispensability of women in our world. In his first post, Okyeame Kwame said “Happy Mums Day to all Mothers who carry the world with the pain of love but will never complain. We know we owe you. Today we will worship you. You are gods.”

Taking it a notch higher, Okyeame Kwame, openly professed his love for his mother, Alice Nsiah Bota and his loving wife Annica Nsiah-Apau.

“Happy mothers to all mothers who are spending the day without their husbands. To my mother, Alice Nsiah Bota, you have been the backbone and the invisible link in this family. But especially to my wife, Annica Nsiah-Apau; I know I can send flowers and voice notes but none of that will be as good as being there with you. You know the job has taken me away from you. But no matter where I am, millions of miles away, even after my death, I need you to know and understand that I appreciate your mothering, not just for the way you make my children smile but also the way you calm me down when things are hot. Happy Mother’s day to you and all mothers. Love loads.”

Commenting on the Facebook post during a fan interaction in New York, Okyeame Kwame said “I am openly declaring the love I have for women today because of the immense impact they have on our lives. Often we fail to realize the impact of their efforts till it is too late. I am the great entertainer I am because of the hard work of my wife. It’s not easy but she makes it happen. Annica I am truly grateful to you.”

Okyeame Kwame is scheduled to thrill fans in New York in the coming days.
