Rapper Pappy Kojo has bemoaned he is deeply “misunderstood”.

“I’ve accepted it,” he added.

He spoke to Zeal Nana Kweku Bliss on Class 91.3 FM’s Class Xtra programme.

“I don’t know why people rise up against me,” he noted. “Meanwhile, I’m the nicest guy ever.”

The Hiphop/Hiplife star said: “I feel like people don’t understand me.”

He had earlier indicated he was a fun-loving person who always saw the lighter side of the most serious occurrences.

He clarified his recent incessant attacks, contrary to public belief, were not against actress Yvonne Nelson but rather aimed at “a certain Yvonne at Effia Kuma,” a popular community in his city of birth, Takoradi.

Not recognising this, he bemoaned, Mona Gucci had recently attacked him online for being “an uncouth boy”.

While he had planned to respond to the TV personality at an opportune time, in an Instagram post, he savoured the serendipitous hilarity when Ms Gucci went to Manhyia Palace of the Asante Kingdom, knelt down to apologise for some controversial utterances made on her TV show but was rather humiliated and her apology rejected.

Pappy Kojo’s latest tape packs four songs and goes by the name Millennium 2000. In true comical fashion, he shared a screenshot of the extended play (EP) trending on a digital streaming platform and instructed Ghanaians to listen to it instead of engaging in illegal mining (galamsey).
