Ace Ghanaian actor,Eddie Nartey has revealed candidly that he has passed the stage of having a manager.

Eddie Nartey, who is also a movie director and a producer was answering a question regarding to whether he has a manager or not.

Speaking to Dr.Who on Hot and classic showbiz review on Hot 93.9fm in Accra,Eddie Nartey emphasized why he feels he has passed the stage of having a manager:

"Dr.Who,seriously i don't have a manager. Why should i have a manager after seeing it all in the movie industry?... I have passed the stage of having a manager.From acting,directing and into producing... Yes ,I'm too big to have a manager", Eddie Nartey told Dr.Who.

Eddie added", In Ghana,we don't comprehend the work of a manager.The role of a manager is to get me roles ,gigs etc which am able to do all that by myself so why get a manager?

Eddie Nartey whose supporting role in Frank Raja's 'Somewhere in Africa' earned him a nomination at the Hollywood and African Film Critics Awards (NAFCA),Ghana Movie Awards,got his first opportunity to do his directorial debut entitled " Could This be love" ,where he co-wrote the movie with Evelyn ,which cast Actors like Majid Michel,Kwadwo Nkansah (Lil win) ,Juliet Ibrahim and Nana Ama Mcbrown.

He has acted in several films some of which includes ,Wedlock of the Gods,Return of Beyounce,Crime to Christ.

Gloria Sarfo aka Nana Ama in the long-running "Efiewura TV series,unlike Eddie Nartey,also revealed to Dr.Who on the same platform some time back that ,having a manager has positively changed her brand.
