Mother of Ebony, Madam Beatrice Oppong has disclosed in an interview that her deceased daughter has revealed herself to her in a dream.

According to the mother, Ebony upon appearing in her dream, comforted her while assuring her of a comeback

“She told me to stop grieving. She said I should stop crying, she’s gone nowhere; she will be back,” a sorrowful Madam Oppong revealed on Daybreak Hitz, Friday.

The grief-stricken mother confirmed visiting the accident scene with members of Ashanti Regional Security Council a week after the unfortunate incident.

“It was not easy visiting the scene. It’s painful to lose your daughter but God knows best so we give thanks to Him,” she noted.

Ebony met her untimely death on Thursday February 8, when the jeep she was traveling in, slammed into an oncoming VIP bus. The accident, which happened on the Kumasi – Sunyani road, also led to the death of a military officer identified as Francis Atsu Vondee and a female acquaintance identified only as Frankie, who were also onboard the Jeep.

Ebony was returning from Sunyani after paying a surprise visit to her mother.

As monitored by Abrantepa.com, Madam Beatrice Oppong told Andy Dosty she suggested Ebony spends the night with her and leaves the next morning since it was late but the artiste said she had to leave because of a pending trip outside the country.

“I didn’t want her to leave because I had missed her. I told her to sleep over but she said she had to leave. She has travel, if the trip is cancelled for one reason or the other, she’ll be back on Monday. When she was leaving home, she told me she loves me, she misses me; that was all she said,” the mother recounted.

Meanwhile, the family and management of Ebony have chosen Sunday, February 18, 2018 for the one week celebration of the her passing.

The event is expected to take place at St. Martin De Porres School, Dansoman.

She recorded hit songs like ‘Dancefloor,’ ‘Kupe,’ ‘Hustle,’ ‘Maame Hwe,’ ‘Date Ur Fada’ and ‘Poison’ under RuffTown Records.
