Ghanaian actress Victoria Lebene has said that she remains fully committed to her acting career and has not quit as many claimed.
Speaking in a recent interview with Graphic Showbiz, the actress, who recently ventured into entrepreneurship, reassured her fans that her dedication to acting remains unwavering.
“Even though the movie industry is demanding, I will remain committed to my acting career. I have been doing this alongside my acting career for a few years, and I must say it has been demanding. But that does not mean I will forgo my passion for acting,” she said.
Lebene, who is now into skincare and interior design, explained that she is exploring other businesses to ensure a stable financial future for her family, without giving up her love for acting.
“I would say that it’s always good to find other means to support our family. I am not stopping acting because of my new ventures. This transition will just ensure that I have other potential stable income lines in addition to what my acting career brings in," she said.
Lebene reassured her fans that her acting career is still alive, adding, “Even now, ‘Adurowura’ is a full series on YouTube, and I am still making a good number of appearances in other movies and series.”
