I want a President who cares - Sarkodie

Ghanaian Award Winning rapper Sarkodie has stated that he needs a leader who cares for his people, thereby adding his voice to other colleagues in the entertainment industry to express concerns about pressing issues beveling the nation.

Apparently frustrated by the current state of affairs in the country, Sarkodie emphasized “I want a president who will be [addressing the concerns of Ghanaians] so I know he cares”.

The BET award winner in his message on twitter entreated all Ghanaians to “watch and listen to them carefully and see if they care about us”.

Sarkodie, who wants ways to solve the challenges in the country, added “It ain't easy being a president and I don't think I can but if you choose to, you can't be selfish. It is only for the selfless #Leader”.

“Guess dumsor will pause when election is closer right?? Smh and ma people will fall for it!!! After all it’s caused…” the VGMA Hiplife/Hip Hop Artiste of the Year stressed.
