Artiste manager and CEO of Media Excel Production, Kwasi Ernest has recounted how difficult life was when growing up.

The man who has produced several gospel artistes including Ohemaa Mercy, SP Kofi Sarpong, Joyce Blessing, Abena Ruthy and many others in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM disclosed that he was once a houseboy at East Legon in Accra. According to him, his duty was to walk around the vicinity with the dogs of his master just for them to enjoy fresh air.

Ernest continued that he was to walk around with the two animals until they defecate and that was to be done three times each day. Kwasi Ernest narrating his ordeal stated that his two-year stay in the rich man’s house was not an easy task but he had to endure it because he had nowhere to go. On the mid-morning show, he encouraged listeners who had lost hope to believe in the Lord because no condition is permanent.

The artiste manager who said he has produced 17 gospel musicians since he started music added that he saw his father at age 25. Kwasi Ernest revealed that his father divorced his mother 6 months after his birth but God knew his future.
