Talented Dancehall Artiste Jupiter has disclosed that for the very first time in his musical career he was nervous when he held the microphone to perform to renowned dignitaries at the wedding of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II’s daughter in Kumasi.

The wedding of one of the daughters of Asantehene which took place in the garden city attracted great men and women from all walks of lives two weeks ago.

According to him, though he had performed to multitudes of crowd, he was tensed when he performed to the revered King and other crème de la crème in the country.

‘Music is doing good, now I can boast and say I performed for the king Otumfuo Osei Tutu II and his daughter’s wedding, it was a special moment. They could call. That was my first time feeling nervous honestly speaking.

I have performed to multitudes but performing to that great man and high dignitaries around, I was really nervous and then and I was like how is it going to go like, but we always deliver, you feel me so, yeah I think my first time am really privileged and humbled to perform to such dignitaries’ he revealed.

Speaking on Ultimate brunch hosted by Naa Klordey Odonkor, he hinted that he will soon be releasing a hit song featuring Samini.

The Dancehall Artiste indicated that he does not go by the pressure from people and that he tries to churn out good songs when the need arises.

‘When it comes to Jupiter it’s really unpredicted because I really don’t follow pressure from fans. I don’t find pressure in anything that I do. I only find pressure to myself… I try to relate it to my music, because check this out, am not here to please anybody, if you check the kind of music I do.

It’s quite different, it just like seed, it needs more water to germinate, you feel fans will request but at the right time I will give it to them, 2016 let’s see if it’s a year of Jupiter why not. Let’s see. We are going to see lots of songs but it depends on the industry’, he stated.
