Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has said his love and respect for God will make him kill his son if God asked him to.
Speaking about his relationship with God at his recent press conference on Pluzz FM, the “Shatta City” hitmaker disclosed that, God listened to his prayers and made him who he is today. He emphasised on his firm belief in God and divulged that, he will take the life of his son, Prince Majesty, if God asked him to.
“I am a type of person that when God tells me to kill my son, I will kill him right away because I don’t joke with his words. People perceive me to be a bad person because of my appearance but I listen to God’s words,” he opined.
“I’ve hustled from the days of Bandana till now and I believe there’s no other man who has helped to push my career apart from God. I bought a computer when I had a little money during the Bandana days. I asked God to help me create my own beats and I believe God listened to my prayers,” Shatta added.
Wale also disclosed that, he prophesied about his life through his music and most of them come to pass.
“I want everyone to know that Shatta Wale that people have tagged him with bad names is a spiritual man. When you listen to most of my music, I talk about things and they happen in my life. I’m a type of person that I ask things from God with full command and I don’t lie to him.
“When coming to this press conference, I was listening to Stonebwoy and Jupitar’s song and I was like ‘it’s good to know God but don’t know him when you are in need – get closer to him all the time’. So I told my crew that this is the kind of song Ghana music industry needs.”
