Desmond Backmore, known in the showbiz industry as D Black has said he is unperturbed by his colleague musician, Wanlov looking down on his craft as a rapper.

Wanlov has over the years described D Black as a wack rapper and has on several occasions asked him to quit rap and focus on being on businessman. He has in some occasions said his sister, Deborah raps better than D Black.

But the rapper in an interview on ‘Celebrity Ride with Zionfelix’ said he does not take Wanlov very serious because he is a nobody in the music industry and his views will not be a distraction to him.

He said if the comments came from someone he looked up to in the music industry, he would have taken it serious but since it is from Wanlov it does not bother him.

“Do you take him serious? If it was coming from someone who had done something better in the music industry, I would have been taken it serious but you know Wanlov and you know he is not serious.”
