He is very popular in Ghanaian politics and remains one of the most interesting political figures who have been very active on Ghana’s political landscape in the past decade.
The ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia is known to be sometimes very brush and sarcastic in his comments and on other occasions very jovial, interspersing his statements with proverbs.
One of such instances he gets into his elements is when he and his friend, the former General Secretary of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie aka Sir John are engaged in a banter on radio.
But the NDC Chief Scribe aka General Mosquito insists he’s a very pleasant person, who is very careful with the choice of his words especially in public engagements, adding that he’s a versatile person by nature.
“I’m a very pleasant person. I guess if I had taken to football, I would have been a utility player. If I’m engaging you and you want it light, we’ll go light, if you want it tough you’ll get it tough,” Asiedu Nketia noted.
