The National Theatre was packed to capacity last night, as the audience were treated to electrifying worship and praise session by Gospel Artiste, Joe Mettle at the just ended edition of IYES.
The atmosphere was filled with power, as the “Onwawani’ singer, carried the crowd to the throne of grace with his ‘’back-to-back’’ hits.
The International Youth Empowerment Summit brought together hundreds of youth as they submerged themselves in pure worship under the power of God.
Fans also experienced special performances from other great gospel musicians including; Ohemaa Mercy, CeCe Twum, Pastor Nana Yaw Boakye-Yiadom popularly known as MOG and many others.
IYES, organised by the Brian Jones Ministries, marks its fifth anniversary.
C.E.O of the National Youth Authority, Emmanuel Asigiri, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams, Rev. Eastwood Anaba, Nigerian actress, Chioma Akpotha C.E.O of EIB Network, Bola Ray, C.E.O of Rigworld International Services, Dr Kofi Abban, Member of Parliament for Klottey-Korley Constituency, Zanetor Rawlings and many other prominent speakers were present to commemorate the anniversary celebration.
The International Youth Empowerment Ministry, (IYES), founded by Pastor Brian Amoateng is a non-profit organisation which has been created to encourage the youth, aspiring entrepreneurs and top-class personalities in Ghana to network and share ideas in an environment aimed at shaping the youth’s intellectual, spiritual and emotional growth.
