Joe Thomas Thrills Ghanaians

Renowned R and B musician, Joe Thomas on Friday, treated Ghanaians to a thrilling performance. The seven times Grammy awards nominee impressed many of his teaming fans after speculations of a poor show, following his failure to show up at earlier show at the Indigo night club in Accra. But the concert dubbed ''The festival of life'' held R&B funs spell bound.

The show began with some lovely religious and inspirational music from Ghanaian born UK artiste - Dylis. Her splendid performance was a good warm up for the audience who started raving for Joe Thomas.

Dylis got on well with some good tunes and set the stage for the main artiste. The audience grew louder and louder, eagerly waiting to hear some of the greatest hits of Joe and watch him sing on stage.

With a rousing welcome by his fans, Joe went on to treat them to some of his favorite love songs. To add to his stage performance he selected some ladies from the audience to join him up stage. This invitation saw a rush by some of the girls who forced their way up stage with every one them struggling to touch him.

After a three-hour continuous live performance on stage which saw the whole theatre up on its feet. Joe decided to sign off with his popular love tune – ''I wanna know''.

Some people who spoke to Joy FM after the show expressed satisfaction and wished Joe Thomas would stage a come back in a grand style.
