Award winning gospel artiste, Joe Mettle, has called for end to modern slavery in Libya.
The ‘Bo noo ni' hit make is urging all Ghanaians to stand and speak against the evil practice.
“Let’s all stand and speak against this issue of slavery. Let’s all stand and pray with our brothers in Libya. We are one people,” he posted on his Facebook page Wednesday.

President Nana Akufo-Addo has described the current slave auctions of Africans in Libya as gross and scandalous abuses of human right,
“The current slave auctions of Africans in Libya are not only gross and scandalous abuses of human rights, but are also mockeries of the alleged solidarity of African nations grouped in the African Union (AU), of which Libya is a member,” he posted on his Facebook page Tuesday.
