Juliet Ibrahim Turns Footballer

The next initiative on the line up of the activities of the JULIET IBRAHIM FOUNDATION (JIF) is an ALL STAR FEMALE CELEBRITY SOCCER MATCH which is aimed at raising funds to actualize the purpose of the foundation.

This event is set to take place annually, helping to create awareness about kidney cancer in our society. The ALL STAR FEMALE CELEBRITY SOCCER MATCH is billed to take place on Tuesday the 1st of May, 2012 at the El-Wak Sports Stadium in Accra. Fifty popular female celebrities in showbiz, media and the corporate world will be throwing their weight behind the course of the foundation lacing their soccer boots to play in an interesting novelty match.

Some notable female stars in Nollywood will also be showcasing their football skills on the day. Having a combo of fun and entertainment, Rosemary Akua Attaa Mensah a.k.a Kyeiwaa in a chat with HELLO! GH said hiariously, “Change my name if I don’t score a goal and for the Azonto, I will introduce the latest each time I score a goal.”

This paper understands the names of the two teams as been leaked as “No Smoking” VRS “Dialysis Treatment” and they will be led by Nana Ama Mcbrown and Juliet Ibrahim Safo respectively.

Loads of GH and Naija music stars will also be in attendance thrill guests at the event. And in an interview with JIF’s director, Miss Sonia Ibrahim said; “All proceeds from gate will go straight to the charity efforts of the foundation. However, we request for your support for the actualization of this planned event.”
