Ghanaian actor cum politician, John Dumelo, has called for justice following the tragic accident involving the son of Archbishop Salifu Amoako that claimed two lives.
While he refrained from passing judgment on the case, Dumelo emphasised the importance of the Police investigating the matter and appropriately addressing those responsible.
The NDC parliamentary candidate for the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency assured that he would closely follow the case to ensure the bereaved families receive justice.
“I want to see justice served. I don't want to preempt anything, but of course, an accident has occurred. Let the law take its course and see where the case goes. It’s something we should follow through,” he told the media during the burial service of one of the deceased held on October 23, 2024.
His comments came in response to questions about whether Salifu Amoako should face consequences following his son’s involvement in the fatal accident.
