K4 Is Buying A Personal Jet

I am sure that you people have heard that Ataa Ayi K4 is in the process of purchasing a jet worth $37 million.

Uncle JB wants you to do the mathematics yourself but I am sure that $37 million is something in the excess of 300 billion cedis.

Yes, people of Ghana, Ataa Ayi K4 is spending over 300 billion of our money on purchasing a jet.

Initially, uncle JB thought that the jet would be for the country, but what I am hearing is that, Ataa Ayi K4 is buying the jet for himself.

Believe it or not, but I am telling you that the intelligence information that uncle JB is picking up has it that he is buying the jet for himself.

I am sure you know that the story appeared in an African Intelligence magazine and I can vouch that the magazine is very credible.

I have placed calls to certain key persons as far as intelligence gathering in Africa is concerned and there is every indication that the plane is a personal one for Ataa Ayi K4.

People, do you remember how Ataa Ayi K4 and co made lots of noise about the Gulf Stream III jet?

Do you remember how they made a campaign issue of the jet and how they convinced a section of Ghanaians to believe that the former president was a beast to have bought a presidential jet for the state?

Well, Ataa Ayi K4 is in power today and is not only buying a jet, but is buying a personal jet.

Uncle JB picked up the info that the jet is going to be a personal property of Ataa Ayi K4 when I went asking why the man has by-passed parliament in the purchase of the jet.

I am sure you know that it is only parliament that has the power to authorize such a purchase so I was surprised to hear that parliament did not approve such a purchase yet Ataa Ayi K4 had gone ahead to order the plane.

That is how I came by the information that the plane is a personal one that is why Ataa Ayi K4 did not need the approval of parliament to order the plane. That is Ataa Ayi K4 for you; he does not give a toss about the rest of us. All he is interested in, is how to secure his personal comfort.

The rest of us can go to hell as far as Ataa Ayi K4, his family, cronies, and concubines, are very happy.

As for me uncle JB, I am convinced beyond reasonable doubt that Ataa Ayi K4 considers us to be nothing but fools.

Oh yes, the man thinks that we are all a bunch of fools that is why he can be using the taxpayer’s money on his personal comfort and not give a damn. If Ataa Ayi K4 did not consider us to be fools, why would he campaign on anti corruption and good governance messages, yet get the nod and be giving space to corruption and bad governance?

After devoting over $50 million to the building of his presidential palace, and devoting another $30+ million to turning Peduase Lodge into his weekend joint, Ataa Ayi K4 is now going to purchase a personal luxury jet for his travels. Obviously, the man is going to make sure that in his last year as the president of Kwame Nkrumah’s Ghana, he blows time waa waa waa.

Yes, he is hell-bent on making sure that in the last year of his listless reign, he travels to all the places he has not been before and so he certainly needs a personal jet that can ferry him around the globe.

People of Ghana, have you seen the true colours of the man who promised to turn Ghana into a heaven on earth?

This is a man who said that it was criminal for the former government to sell a gallon of petrol for 6,400 cedis, yet he is selling it to us for close to 50,000 cedis.

Today, go to the fishing areas and see the way fishermen are suffering because of the high cost of premix fuel.

Because of the way PNDC/NDC governments were sensitive to the plight of Ghanaians, premix fuel was introduced as a by-product of refined crude oil to power the outboard motors of our fishermen.

Today, the NPP government is in power, and because they don’t care about the suffering masses, they have increased the price of premix beyond affordable limits and so our fishermen are suffering.

In all the suffering, Ataa Ayi K4 is still having fun and traveling all over the place to continue to collect his huge per diem and to drink the best of liquor.

As for the issue with having fun with women, uncle JB will not spend time discussing it because we all know that there is no way he would go on such useless and needless trips without a number of his concubines going with him. Uncle JB remembers vividly the 2000 campaign song of Ataa Ayi K4, when he was portrayed as a God-fearing man a man with a vision.

Today, the man is in power, and I am sure Ghanaians can judge for themselves whether Ataa Ayi K4 is a God-fearing man and a man with a vision, or that image was a creation of Jake Obetsebi Lamptey and Oboshi Sai Coffie’s advertising and public relations stunts.

Ghanaians, if you don’t wake up and start telling Ataa Ayi K4 in the face that you have had enough of his wicked and selfish mismanagement of the affairs of the state, you will wake up one day to find out that we don’t have a country called Ghana.

People of Ghana, the power is in your hands and you have to take your destiny into your hands or else you will perish. A word to the wise …
