Lighting a Christmas tree in Ghana has never been as colourful and bright as the show put together by the Kempinski Hotel, Gold Coast City in Accra on Sunday, 3rd December 2017.
Characterised by melodious musical performances, the event was blessed with some of the best sopranos, accompanied by a suitable orchestra.
The event was held on the hotel’s premises with enough decorations to brighten the mood of all in attendance.
The children’s choir, delivered a touching cover of “the twelve days of Christmas” on the night and that was not the only performance to be remembered for a very long time.
Extreme Productions and the Ghana National Symphony Orchestra delivered popular English carols and some local ones to commemorate the birth of the saviour for whom the season is celebrated.
This year’s tree lighting was held in the spirit of merrymaking to brighten the beginning of the most magnificent season of the year for all of its patrons.
The tree lighting was a very bright way to welcome the Christmas season this year and behold the good tidings that the season has in store for all.
