Kofi Asare Brako joins Atinka 104.7 FM

Multimedia Broadcasting Company Asempa FM has lost its morning show host to another station.

Kofi Asare Brako, until a few days ago host of its Ultimate Sports Morning Show, has left the station.

enewsgh.com can confirm he is joining Atinka 104.7 FM (formerly operating as Sena Radio).

He goes on air on January 1, 2015.

Abatey, as he is affectionately called may either host the station’s morning show or evening drive, station sources have told this website.

Atinka FM is owned by Mr. Samuel Amo Tobin, CEO of local pharmaceutical company, Tobinco.

Asempa’s sports morning show has since been taken over by ‘returnee’ Moses Antwi Benefo, also known as PJ Mosey, who left the show in December 2012 to join Metro FM in Kumasi.

A known name on urban radio, Brako joined Multimedia Broadcasting Company from Peace FM. He spent time on Adom FM before being moved to Asempa FM.
