DVD, VHS, VCD VERSIONS OF KWAW ANSAH?S HERITAGE AFRICA & LOVE BREWED IN AN AFRICAN POT OUT-DOORED.
H.E. Mr. Isaac Osei, Ghana?s High Commissioner to the UK has outdoored the DVD, VHS and VCD versions of the two films produced by Ghana?s foremost filmmaker, Mr. Kwaw Ansah at a ceremony in London.
The venture is a collaborative effort between Kwaw Ansah?s, Film Africa Ltd, Fineline Productions, MK Windings and Kut & Payste, all of the UK.
The conversion of the two award-winning films had become necessary because of the increasing demand for the films both by the younger and old film pundits.
Outdooring the new versions, Mr. Isaac Osei, Ghana?s High Commissioner to the UK praised Mr. Kwaw Ansah for his pioneering spirit which, he said, had catapulted him among the giants of film makers in the world.
He recalled the difficulties encountered in the production of the two films and stressed that its final appearance on the scene showed what a determined person could achieve no matter the obstacles.
High Commissioner Osei said the dawn of the positive change sweeping the entire country required the talent and skills of people with vision and advised Ghanaians to take advantage of the conclusive business friendly liberal atmosphere in order to turn their goals into reality.
Mr. Osei said the greatest contribution Ghanaians could make for all creative works was to ensure patronage of their works.
