A Kumasi Circuit Court will today have the second hearing of the case against popular hiplife artiste, Kwaw Kese, who was arrested for illegally and publicly smoking weed.
The Justice William Boampong court on Monday November 24, 2014 denied the rapper’s lawyer Nana Kwesi Boitie’s plea for his client to be granted bail and remanded him in two weeks custody ahead of today’s sitting.
The prosecutors are expected to submit as evidence the substance Kwaw was arrested smoking.
