Few months ago, it was reported that the man 'insane', Kwaw Kese, born Emmanuel Botchwey has legally dissolved his six-year-old marriage with American wife, Ann.
The rapper who did not give reasons for their split has finally disclosed why he said goodbye to his marriage.
Speaking to Bola Ray on Starr FM, ‘The King of the Streets’ said ”there is nothing bad about that. I think it was family issues.”
When Bola Ray asked if their family did not support their union, 'Abodam' answered, “No, this is between me and her. We don’t have anything bad going on between us. We just agreed that let's move on.
Adding, "Bola you know I’m a black man, and I tasted a different culture and I fell like it is not my thing. Also, marriage has a lot of issues, and if it didn’t work out then, I think I’ve to come back."
He further noted, “To me I think is the culture because there are some things we do here in Ghana they don’t do in America, so I think the cultural difference also counted.”
Kwaw Kese added that he could not disclose all the causes of his wife breakup.
The musician who recently released 'Ruff' tied the knot with Ann in 2008, who was then working with the American Embassy in Ghana.
