An exciting stage play is set to hit Accra this September, one which seeks to treat patrons to an unforgettable theatre experience!
The humor-laden, music infused and dance electrifying “Colours, Colours” is written by Nene Osiedu , and directed by Phanuel Parbey.
The two-act stage comedy mirrors how everyday people handle challenges in life. It spells the various typical attitudes towards work in Ghana, and how individuals approach their various duties.
Set in an almost dying Pizza Inn, Pastor, Esther, Nutifafa, Ato, Azarya, Abisiga and the Chef have a few months to save their dying restaurant from closure, a situation which would result in them losing their jobs. With little cash available, and nothing but various “colored” egos and “multi colored” attitudes, they brace themselves for their greatest challenge yet. How do these “colours” save their comatose restaurant from imminent “death”, and how do they deal with the incessant demands of Italian, Indian and French customers? Find out as you watch Colours, Colours.
Colours, Colours is scheduled to be staged on September 15-17, 2016 at the Efua Sutherland Drama Studio, University of Ghana, Legon. For just GHS20, patrons would be treated to a theatrical performance, laced with humor, music, and rainbow of colourful lessons to learn from.
‘Colours, Colours’ is produced by Soul Train Productions, and is sponsored by PKOG, Pulse.com.gh, Sweet Melodies Fm, the Finder, Douvision and Café Jackie Dee.
