It’s always good to start off your day by planning how you want it to unfold.
Though you may not be able to make everything happen exactly how you planned it, planning your day gives you some focus on what must be done and set out to do them.

Reduce laundry pile by one item
If you run a very busy schedule because of your career person the possibility of having a mountain of clothes.
It would be very helpful if you reduce one piece each day until you have ample time to clear the whole head.
Just one wash early morning shouldn’t hurt much.
Drink a lot of water
Drinking water early morning is therapeutic. The good thing about water is that there is no point in drinking water that can be termed as an overdose.
Just drink as much as your stomach can take and you’ll be much healthier than one who skips water for frizzy drinks in the morning.
Clear any dirty dish from previous day
Keeping a clean kitchen is one of the ways of keeping little sickness at bay. Leaving used plates and cups overnight in the kitchen is not just a bad habit, but breeds cockroaches, ants and other insects in the kitchen. So spend just a minute to clean plates early in the morning.
Read your Bible or Inspirational material
As a religious person, reading your Bible or inspirational material per your religion gives one fresh encouragement and guidance to live life in a way that gives one hope and extend it to others. Spare a moment to read a verse or two to start the day on a good footing.
Plan what you’ll have for dinner
Supper shouldn’t be a headache after a stressful day at work. To eliminate this problem of finding something nutritious to eat after work, scan through the fridge to know what you have available to a good supper. If you find out you don’t have food for the evening you can dash to the grocery store during the day to avoid “super stress” after a long day at work.
Dress up for the day
Never throw on just anything to step out of the home. Wear the dress you feel more confident and comfortable in. This boosts your morale for the day. So be mindful of what you wear before you hit town.
Reflect on the previous day
Pick up your journal and write down on one side of the paper what weighs you down and one side the things you are thankful for.
This helps to offload a lot of issues of the chest.
Write down a to-do list for the day
List the things you have to do within the day so that you don’t miss out the most important things you have to do within the day.
Listing the things you have to do will help you follow through the activities of the day so that you don’t miss out on anything.
