Fruit smoothies provide you with essential vitamins and minerals. Fruits smoothies can be an easy way to nourish your body with essential nutrients.

Sunny Side Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries

1 banana

1/2 cup nonfat/low fat greek yogurt

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a smoothie maker or a blender.

Add milk and ice, if needed.

Blend for about 45 seconds or until smooth.
