Kwaku Sintim-Misa aka KSM known for his works as a satirist, author, director, actor, former radio talk host and TV presenter, was hosted on Wednesday by Abeiku Santana on his OK107.1FM "Ekwanso Dwodwo" radio show.

During their conversation, the veteran comedian popularly known for his satirist shows "The Returnee" and "Afia Sribour" talked about various issues.

Asked what he did different during his time as a radio host on VibeFM , KSM notably stated, he changed the phase of radio with his "Talk Shop" show which was a bit controversial by talking about a variety of issues facing the country.

"I was very loud on radio by expressing how I felt about certain issues, in the then Jerry John Rawlings led government that was new to freedom of speech", he said.

This according to KSM, drew lots of attention from the general public who wanted to hear what he (the mad man) was going to talk about.

Delving into showbiz, Abeiku Santana asked KSM what he thought about the creative industry; he started by revealing an exclusive info on his soon to be launched Sapphire TV station under the initiative of Sapphire Ghana.

However, this revelation prompted KSM into talking TV content in which he assured listeners his TV station will be the first ever Ghanaian private channel to telecast 99% local content.

"Local content will go a long way to boost the creative industry, thus, generating lots of revenue for the government aside providing employment opportunities to the nation as a whole", he retorted.

He further stated, "when you produce local content, it creates an avenue for producers, actors, musicians, directors and a host of other talents in the creative industry".

KSM concluded by saying if TV stations keep on showing foreign telenovela's among others how does that benefit our creative industry.

Currently, his "Thank God Its Friday" show on Metro TV is one of the most watched TV shows which has been running for 13years now.
