"Lumba Concert Cancelled" - Rejoinder

This is in response to the story with the heading "Lumba Concert Cancelled" I read from your website. As the Secretary of Kwahuman Association of NJ, I would like to make a couple of important corrections.

1. I would like you to know that Mr. Ansong was not and is not the President of Kwahuman Association of New Jersey.

2. In relation to the rescheduled Lumba Concert, the President and the Executive Council wish to inform members and the general public that, Kwahuman Association of NJ Inc. had nothing to do with the organization/promotion of the concert. Although it appears that publications in the form of flyers and posters had the Association’s name as the presenter of the concert, it must be noted that the Association never authorized any individual or group of persons to do so.

Upon the President’s notification of this unlawful act, the Executive Council was summoned to an emergency meeting and the necessary/appropriate measures were taken to dissociate the Association from the concert (proof can be furnished to support this statement).

Further more, the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee of Kwahuman Association of NJ was charged to spearhead a full investigation of the matter.

Please note that any individual/individuals found to be responsible for the illegal publication of the Association’s name (upon release of their report) would bear the full consequences of the disciplinary code according to our constitution and or the laws of the State of New Jersey.

It is rather unfortunate that excited fans accustomed to our well-organized socio-cultural events had to face utter disappointment. Please remember; IF IT’S THE REAL KWAHUMAN ASSOCIATION OF NJ, IT WILL CERTAINLY BE SUPER!!!
