Musician Belinda Ekua Amoah popularly known in the showbiz circles as Mzbel has thrown subtle shades at Pastor Mensa Otabil over comments he made last weekend.

It would be recalled that Pastor Mensa Otabil during a sermon last Sunday spoke for the first time since the GCB-Capital bank take over calling people who openly criticized him as ‘insult-looking’

Using the bad news as an example to encourage himself and his congregation on the fateful day, Pastor Otabil said: “Oh yes I’ve had some reality this week.”

“You know when people who have no right to insult you, insult you; that is the reality.

“You look at the person insulting you and the person, sometimes, himself looks like an insult. But out of the abundance of his insult, he is insulting you, so that is a reality. Reality is when it is hitting when all kinds of stuff is hitting, I don’t want to go too much into that …” he said.

In what looks like a response to the man of God's statement, Mzbel took to her Facebook page and wrote:

“Posterity will be your judge. As a party supporter, I still salute you as my political C-in-C. You are doing great on the world stage. People who were insulted by people who looked like insults, all insulted you. You bore it with equanimity.”

“My boss salute!”
