Veteran Ghanaian gospel musician Esther Smith has adviced the youth to marry someone they can connect with freely.
Speaking in an interview on Adom TV, the "Nyame Aguanmaa" hitmaker indicated that for a marriage to last longer, singles should not only look at physical appearance but also consider factors such as humility, understanding, and above all, a God-fearing individual.
"For a marriage to last longer, it involves the kind of person you will marry. The youth should look for someone who is humble, understanding, and God-fearing, someone who will love you passionately," she said.
Smith added that the youth should not let money be a major factor in choosing a partner.
"You shouldn't enter into marriage with the intention of using your partner's money. When you are getting married, don't forget to pray and involve God," she added.
