Actress Habiba Sinare has opened up about her marriage to Abdul Majeed Waris.

She says her marriage to the footballer confirmed to her that marrying a northern man is horribly difficult.

“I’m a Northerner but I cannot marry a Northerner again and I’m not even joking. Dating them is something else, marrying them is horribly something else.

"They are very difficult people. They don’t understand why you should work, they don’t understand why you should even have money more than your husband. Why?"

Habiba who spoke to Mzgee in an interview said her father-in-law thought her son was not for Majeed Waris and that broke her heart.
