The highly anticipated Stars in Worship finally came off at the House of Miracles (HOM) auditorium at Madina Estates where it hosted celebrities under one roof to win souls for Jesus Christ.

The concert, in conjunction with SSA Ventures which was held on Saturday December 10, 2017 was a climax of a five - day December to Remember conference.

The evening begun with Minister Jeshurun Okyere who got the audience ready for an eventful night with worship songs.

Renowned gospel artiste, Yaw Sarpong, took over and he proved he’s still got it even after 40 years of music. Yaw Sarpong was able to keep the audience on their feet right from when he started to sing his back to back hits like ‘Wo Haw Ne S3n’? till the end.

Next were Ghana’s international gospel duo, Willie and Mike who acknowledged the endless faithfulness of God through a sequence of spirit-filled performances.

By this time, the atmosphere was charged for Brother Sammy whose electrifying praise and worship led to patrons moving in their numbers to the altar to sow seeds.

This year’s edition saw the likes of both Ghanaian and Nigerian entertainment industry players including Nana Ama McBrown, Emelia Brobbey, Desmond Elliot, Chioma Chukwuka, Emeka Ike, Kumchacha, Aboki for Christ, Lucky Lawson, Ampong The Great who executed their roles perfectly to ensure that the purpose for the gathering was achieved.

This was done through testimonies, exaltations, raising of funds, as well as cracking the ribs of attendees who obviously could not have enough.

According to event organisers, Stars in Worship “has always been a blessing as it gets better every year adding that “this year’s has been the best edition yet.”
