Richard Ohene Sika, is an exquisite Ghanaian fashion designer and founder of Riohs Originate fashion school, whose modernist thought, practical design, and pursuit for 'expensive simplicity' has won him an award as the most Influential and Accomplish young business leader in Fashion under age 40.
In an interview with Richard on how he is able to produce amazing talents such as Elikem the Tailor, Sima Brew and many others, he said he stands for promptness, accuracy, consistency and desire to achieve.
He believes the above are the four basic things that every fashion designer, creative artists and entrepreneur should adopt in order to build a resilient brand.
Named one of the 30 most influential people in the fashion industry in and having won the 2018 best fashion entrepreneur under 40 years, Richard says his vision is to transform Ghana’s fashion industry by training others.
“Because of our core values, cooperate culture, our mission and vision are we don’t have any competitor. We’re training people for six months and I know most of the big fashion institutions are also trying to do same thing. It is your vision, mission and your cooperates cultures that makes you stand on top of the game,” he stated.
